Old Faithful and The Inn. . .

From West Thumb, we drove up to see the famous Old Faithful geyser and the Old Faithful Inn. The Inn was built in 1903-1904 and it's very impressive!

Hanging out in the Lodge with Grandma and Grandpa. . .
Below is Old Faithful, just before it erupted. There were signs posted that gave the approximate time the geyser would erupt next. It's pretty "faithful" to erupt every 91 minutes or so.
Bethany and Tim, waiting patiently. . .

Wow.
Actually, it was kind of anticlimactic. I'm not sure what I expected, but there were many other sights within the park that were more impressive to me. I'm glad we went, though!
It is absolutely amazing how many people flock to see Old Faithful every day! I noticed many different languages and ethnicities while walking around the park. People come from all over the world to see Yellowstone!!
