Emma's in a big bed!! I decided a few days ago to transition her because we'll be traveling so much in a few weeks. We didn't want to have to lug the pack n' play everywhere and since she's almost 2, we figured it was about time! Well, she's been a brave little girl in what looks like a giant bed! She's been in there for 3 naps and 3 nights and I think she's loving it! It does make me a little weepy, looking at her baby picture and remembering how tiny she used to be. However, I love each new stage with her and this is a new fun one for both of us. We read books to her in her bed, pray with her, tuck her in and give her kisses. Oh, notice Kitty is still with her. Yep, Kitty has to be tucked in, too! (Whatever works!)
One month old. . .
Emma loves putting her sunglasses on every day. Maybe she's getting ready for Brazil!

way to go Emma Jae!! The boys loved going to the big bed too! Noah still has 'Mommy Bear' to keep him from rolling out (so he thinks) and Ben has body pillows to fill the side by the wall and a glow in the dark bear so I don't have to lay down with him. she'll probably be more attached to kitty during the move.
yeah for emma! it's a big deal when they make the switch! she is growing up too fast! so is cretyon, we need to stop this!
So cute! Seeing her as a tiny baby like that makes me wonder what Emily will look like in a couple years. I'm in no hurry to find out, cuz Hudson has proved that times flies by too fast! Emma has grown into such a beautiful young lady. You've done a great job with her sis :)
now THAT is a big bed and a little girl. how weird it will be when she actually is the right size for it!!!
