The Letters in Red. . .

Today I was in the kitchen and I hadn't heard from Emma for a few minutes. "Emma, what are you doing?" I asked, to which she replied, "Um, I'm reading the Bible." In disbelief, I said to Kevin, "What she's doing?" to which he replied, "No, really, she's reading the Bible." Who is this girl??
One day I had the Bible out and she wanted to turn the pages. Since there are no pictures in my Bible, I thought she'd be interested in the red letters, so I showed them to her. I told her that Jesus said the words that were written in red. Now every time she gets her hands on my Bible, she flips to the New Testament to find the letters in red. She's pretty neat.

Does she know the B.I.B.L.E. song? "The red words are the coolest, they're the ones that Jesus said!"

So sweet! What great models you are for her. One of Riley's early words was "Bibo" for Bible. I just love it!
