For last week's Christmas block party, I needed to make a dessert. There's an amazing chocolate store here called Cacau Show. Mmmm! They sell these cute little chocolate and white chocolate cups and I bought a few boxes. I decided to make the filling for the Oreo Cheesecake and put it inside the cups. I used a cake decorating bag and tip and made some pretty yummy desserts! Then I placed them in the freezer for a few hours. Cream cheese apparently doesn't freeze real well, which was awesome, because they ended up tasting like Oreo cookie ice cream with a hard chocolate shell! Very fun to make, even more fun to eat!!
