I looked out my window the other day and saw this man on the side of a building. Our apartment is on the third floor and this man was a floor higher. I'm always amazed at the construction methods here. They seem so unsafe and illegal, but they work. I was actually surprised to see that this man had a belt around him. Not sure what it was attached to, but maybe it's the thought that counts! E for Effort??
