About a week before we left for the U.S., we got an invitation in the mail for Grandma Hilda's 95th birthday party. She had no idea we were coming, so it was quite a surprise for her to see us walk in the door. She recognized Emma, but couldn't figure out how or why she was there until she looked around and realized she was looking at Kevin!
We had a great afternoon celebrating Grandma Hilda's birthday. I'm so thankful we were able to make it and I think she was pretty happy, too!! I was pregnant with Emma when we celebrated her 90th birthday and now she's 95 and little Adri is two months old. Sweet times.
