It's important to me to blog about the apartment because it was one of our homes. One of our many over the past three years. Emma turned 5 in May and she's now lived in 7 places. Yes, I'm couting the 3 months in the hotel in Brazil and the almost-two months in this apartment. We've moved a lot lately and I'm not ready to settle down!! Here's Emma's room:
Our room:
Adri's room (yes, that's a walk-in closet). It was the perfect bedroom for Adri. We had the pack n' play in there and our suitcases. It was dark and quiet and I thought it was absolutely perfect!
Living room with a small deck. . .
Dining room and entryway. . .
Kitchen and laundry room. . .
We were so happy with the apartment that we briefly considered just renting an apartment and not moving into a house. By briefly, I mean, like 17 seconds:) Now that we have all our stuff in one place, I'm glad we didn't consider it for long. This apartment was on the second floor and I got a bit of a workout every day, carrying groceries and Adri's carseat up the stairs. I'm thankful we don't live there anymore, but I was so grateful that it fit us perfectly for the time we were there.
