Getting Up. . .

I thought it was kind of cute when Adri started climbing onto stools. We were at the pediatrician's office for her 1-year checkup and while we were waiting for the doctor to come in, Adri started climbing on the stool. I pulled out the camera and caught a few funny moments of her climbing. The doctor entered and smiled a quick smile. Then he told me that the number one thing he warns parents of during the 1-year checkup is safety. Kids are so curious about everything and they are constantly testing their boundaries. Case-in-point:

And yesterday. . . this is what I found:

I can't read the look on her face, but knowing her, I'd guess she's saying something like, "What's up, Mama?? Look at me! Whatcha gonna do? Huh? Huh?" Oh boy, she's only 12 months old! What do the next months hold???
