Opening the Resurrection Eggs with Grandma. . .
I loved hearing Grandma tell the Easter story to Emma while using the objects inside the eggs. Pretty neat idea. After she told Emma the story, I did, too. Several times now she's heard the story of Jesus' death and resurrection.
Kevin's oldest brother Jon has a dog. It might look like a small horse, but Leeland is, in fact, a dog! Emma rode him like a horse and he just stood there. He's the calmest dog I've ever seen! He's just massive!
As calm as he was, I just couldn't get past the fact that his head was bigger than Emma's. Every time he got close to her face, I was afraid he'd take a bite and she'd be gone! He was a great dog, though. A great, great, big dog!!
